What You'll Do:
As an Event Technician for Legendary Parties, you're more than just part of the crew—you’re the heart of the experience. You’ll deliver excitement, ensure everything runs smoothly, and help create epic, unforgettable moments for families and communities across New England.
Your Responsibilities:

Arrive at our headquarters to pick up event equipment.

Pack everything needed, using a checklist to stay organized.

Drive to the event location, arriving at least 30 minutes early for setup.

Contact the customer on arrival to confirm setup location and access to utilities (power, water, etc.).

Set up the attraction and troubleshoot any issues before the party begins.

Run the event! Monitor the equipment, ensure guest safety, and keep the fun going.

Power down, clean up, and pack up after the event wraps.

Check in with the customer to finalize payment if necessary.

Return to headquarters, unpack, and organize the gear for the next event.
We provide training both at our headquarters and on-site during live events. Once you're confident, you'll take full ownership of your own events—and be the one delivering the fun!

You’re enthusiastic, dependable, and love making people smile. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with guests of all ages, and can handle responsibility with a great attitude.
You're a great fit if:

💪 You can lift and set up equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

🚗 You have reliable transportation to get yourself and equipment to events across Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. (Many Event Technicians on our team use sedans successfully—no large vehicle required!)

📆 You can keep your availability updated weekly in our scheduling system.

⏰ You're punctual, professional, and dependable.
We schedule events based on your availability. Parties happen any day of the week—morning, afternoon, evening, or night—so we can work around most schedules as long as you're keeping yours up to date.
What You'll Earn
Compensation
Pay starts at $150 per party, typically for a 3–4 hour total commitment, including setup, breakdown, and travel time.
Some events may require up to an hour of driving each way. We do our best to match you with events that align with your location and availability.
We also offer bonuses:

$25 bonus for event for which you earn a five star review.

$25 bonus for each party booked and paid using your personal staff voucher code.
