Booking your Legendary Party is easy! Here’s how it works:

1. Submit an Inquiry – Use our online form to tell us your preferred date, time, and location.

2. We’ll Follow Up – We’ll check availability and help you customize the perfect party package.

3. Confirm Your Booking – Once you’re ready, we’ll send you a confirmation with payment instructions.

4. Secure Your Spot – Your party is officially reserved once we receive your deposit.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit or Debit Cards – via PayPal invoice only (we do not accept cards in person or over the phone)

• Venmo – @LegendaryParties

• Cash – accepted in person at the event

• Checks – payable to Legendary Parties and mailed to: P.O. Box 216 Wrentham, MA 02093

Final payment is due at the event, unless otherwise arranged.

Tipping is never required, but it’s always welcome and deeply appreciated by our hardworking staff!

In most cases, yes—a deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you a booking confirmation with deposit instructions. Your event is officially booked once the details are confirmed and the deposit is received.

We understand that some organizations—like schools or municipalities—may have payment limitations. In those cases, we’re happy to waive the deposit or arrange an alternate payment plan.

Bonus: Customers who pay in full up front receive a special discount as a thank-you for their early commitment!

Note: Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of weather-related cancellations.

If weather forces a cancellation and we’re unable to reschedule, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be applied to a future event.

We closely monitor the forecast and always put safety first.

Here’s how we handle weather-related concerns:

• Stay Proactive: If bad weather is possible, we encourage you to reach out early so we can review your options together.

• Weather Cancellations: If you cancel due to weather and we’re unable to reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.

• Non-Weather Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations unrelated to weather.

• Day-of Safety: If you choose to proceed despite a risky forecast and we arrive but cannot safely run the event, the full balance is still due.

• Our Call for Safety: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if conditions are unsafe for kids, guests, or our team.

We’re always happy to work with you—just keep the lines of communication open!

We often have multiple events per day, so we can’t guarantee delays or extensions once your party is scheduled.

If guests are running behind:

• Foam will begin at your scheduled time

• We’re happy to kick things off with whoever is ready

• If you'd like to shift the start time, let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate, but options may be limited

• Last-minute delays may incur additional fees

Pro Tip: We recommend planning your foam session to begin 15–30 minutes after your party starts. That gives everyone time to arrive, settle in, and be ready to dive into the fun together!
